| 背景介紹 | Interleukin 6 (IL-6) is an interleukin that acts as both a pro-inflammatory cytokine and an anti-inflammatory myokine. In humans, it is encoded by the IL6 gene. In addition, osteoblasts secrete IL-6 to stimulate osteoclast formation. Smooth muscle cells in the tunica media of many blood vessels also produce IL-6 as a pro-inflammatory cytokine. IL-6's role as an anti-inflammatory myokine is mediated through its inhibitory effects on TNF-alpha and IL-1, and activation of IL-1ra and IL-10. |

如果是直接做實驗，可以直接添加培養(yǎng)基進(jìn)行稀釋配置。 如果是需要長時間保存的話，需要使用含載體蛋白(如0.1%BSA，10% FBS，5%HSA或5%海藻糖)的溶液進(jìn)一步釋后分裝保存于-5~-20℃或者-80℃冰箱

1、將裝有細(xì)胞因子的管子放入小離心機(jī)內(nèi)短暫離心20~30s（離心機(jī)最大轉(zhuǎn)速即可），使附著在管壁的微量蛋白聚集在管底； 2、先用無菌水溶解因子，很少量水即可溶解因子，注意計算溶解后濃度不低于100 μg/mL； 3、用贈送的含海藻糖的PBS溶液進(jìn)一步稀釋到您實驗合適的濃度即可，然后分裝后放入-20℃以下保藏； 4、因子復(fù)融重懸過程應(yīng)輕柔，不可以震蕩渦旋。
