| 背景介紹 | Epidermal growth factor (EGF) stimulates cell growth and differentiation by binding to its receptor, EGFR. Human EGF is a 6-kDa protein with 53 amino acid residues and three intramolecular disulfide bonds. EGF is present in various body fluids, including blood, milk, urine, saliva, seminal fluid, pancreatic juice, cerebrospinal fluid, and amniotic fluid. Biological activities ascribed to EGF include epithelial development, angiogenesis, inhibition of gastric acid secretion, fibroblast proliferation, and colony formation of epidermal cells in culture. |

我們公司的因子都是重組的，是不含動物源成分的。

Q2:細胞因子用無菌水配成了100ug/mL母液，用于實驗時，需要的終濃度為10ng/mL，可以用培養(yǎng)基直接稀釋？還是需要通過PBS（含5%海藻糖）進一步稀釋才行呢？
如果是直接做實驗，可以直接添加培養(yǎng)基進行稀釋配置。 如果是需要長時間保存的話，需要使用含載體蛋白(如0.1%BSA，10% FBS，5%HSA或5%海藻糖)的溶液進一步釋后分裝保存于-5~-20℃或者-80℃冰箱

Q5:因子到貨了，里面有兩管溶液，一個是水，一個是海藻糖溶液，用哪一個稀釋呢？
1、將裝有細胞因子的管子放入小離心機內短暫離心20~30s（離心機最大轉速即可），使附著在管壁的微量蛋白聚集在管底； 2、先用無菌水溶解因子，很少量水即可溶解因子，注意計算溶解后濃度不低于100 μg/mL； 3、用贈送的含海藻糖的PBS溶液進一步稀釋到您實驗合適的濃度即可，然后分裝后放入-20℃以下保藏； 4、因子復融重懸過程應輕柔，不可以震蕩渦旋。
