| 背景介紹 | TNFα is a homotrimer with a subunit molecular mass of 17 kD Cytokine that binds to TNFRSF1A/TNFR1 and TNFRSF1B/TNFBR. It is mainly secreted by macrophages and can induce cell death of certain tumor cell lines. It plays a major role in growth regulation, differentiation, inflammation, viral replication, tumorigenesis, autoimmune diseases and in viral, bacterial, fungal, and parasitic infections. Besides inducing hemorrhagic necrosis of tumors, TNF was found to be involved in tumorigenesis, tumor metastasis, viral replication, septic shock, fever, inflammation, and autoimmune diseases including Crohn’s disease, and rheumatoid arthritis as well as graft-versus-host disease. |

如果是直接做實(shí)驗(yàn)，可以直接添加培養(yǎng)基進(jìn)行稀釋配置。 如果是需要長(zhǎng)時(shí)間保存的話，需要使用含載體蛋白(如0.1%BSA，10% FBS，5%HSA或5%海藻糖)的溶液進(jìn)一步釋后分裝保存于-5~-20℃或者-80℃冰箱
